Ogio International products are manufactured to the highest quality standards available in the industry.
Any unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise may be returned for a full refund up to 30 days after the date of receipt, but only with a Return Authorization number (see below). Any shipment fees associated with returns will be paid by customer. We will refund the initial shipping charges only if the merchandise is defective, or if we made a mistake in the shipment of your order.
At this time, we only process returns and do not offer exchanges. If you desire to make an exchange, please return your merchandise and place a new order at www.ogio.com at your convenience.
The credit card used in the original transaction will be credited for the return amount. Once a return is received by Ogio International, it may take up to 30 days to be reflected on your credit card statement.
For any merchandise purchased over the Holiday season, Ogio International will extend the refund to 60 days from date of purchase. This 60 day extension is valid for purchases made between November 20th and December 24th.
A return authorization number can be obtained by completing the online form or by contacting our Customer Service department at (801) 619-4100 (Monday-Friday between 9-5 MST).
For customers contacting our customer service department directly, please have the following information available:
- Order Number/Customer PO Number
- Date that you received your order
- Returned items must be unworn and unwashed in new condition unless a defective claim is being made.
- Model Name and Style Number of the item(s)
You will then receive a Return Authorization number.
