Changes are not necessarily improvements
This my third Grom Stand bag after many years of carrying full time. The latest version with the "suspension system" seems like it would be an improvement, but it's not. It's very difficult to get the second strap on your should while walking (the old ones were very easy), and they have so much friction it actually hurts your shoulder by the time you're done. I'm actually looking for some replacement straps the are more traditional since it's almost unusable now as a carry bag for me at least. I might try to swap the straps of my older Grom back and see what happens.
They don't make them like they used to...
I just got my second Grom stand bag, and I have to tell you-I'm disappointed. It has 4 fewer pockets than the first, fewer places to attach/carry things, a lesser quality rain hood (by a wide measure) and it honestly seems more difficult to pull onto my back. The 14 way top and front handle are a huge improvement, but overall I'd take the bag built 4 years ago over the new one...

Great Bag, Some improvement needed
This is my third Ogio bag. I like them. I own this bag in the white color. My complaints, the shock system allows the clubs to bounce on my back when I carry them. This is annoying. The shock idea is wonderful, but must consider a new design possibly. As a cart-bag, there are challenges, They just don't seem to fit very well as a cart bag as has been mentioned in previous review. I do find that all of the positives on this bag far outweigh what I have mentioned. It's a very good/quality bag that will last years and years with proper care.

great stand bag , bad cart bag. what hybrid
I was really excited to get my bag I got it in the zig pen red. Bag looks super great. Stand system works awesome like how ogio made the felt liner a single pouch as the grom xx is a dual felt liner pouch. X4 shoxx system is great, I added some spring links to the shoulder straps to remove and store straps in the lager side pouch when on the cart. "OGIO hint hint". I do have a few complaints. #1 TORQ strap hook is horrible, can not hook the strap securely. #2 new cart strap hole is to low binds up the pouch and since the TORQ strap doesn't hook causes bag to tilt to the side. All in all OGIO has some bugs to work out being a hybrid bag. As a stand bag works great as a cart bag horrible.
